importance health beverage of all – water. Water makes up over 70% of
our body weight and is an essential component
of all our vital body fluids.
Method:
Water therapy includes drinking 1.25 litres (approximately 4 glasses) of
water as soon as you wake up in the morning.
You may find it difficult to drink 4 glasses of water when you just
begin water therapy. Start with two or three glasses
and increase the amount of water you drink every day till you get used
to it. Do not exercise for at least half an hour
after the therapy. We recommend prayer and meditation for the half hour
period after morning water therapy.
You could read the bible or enjoy reflections and begin your day feeling
fresh and rejuvenated.
The benefits are tremendous.
There are rare cases when people are troubled with light headaches and
body-aches.
Sweating and nausea could also form parts of the 'symptoms'. These are
however not the harmful 'after-effects' of Water Therapy
but instead the body is getting rid of all the toxic elements trapped
within its cells.
It is recommended that you consult your doctor before beginning water
therapy or any change in your daily regime especially
if you are suffering from any serious ailment.
