Vegetable Juice

The juices extracted from fresh raw vegetables are tasty and highly nutritious. They provide nutrients and nutrition enzymes that needed by the body's cells and tissues. The body can derive these elements from whole vegetables. But fresh vegetable juices are easily to digest, absorb and assimilate. Vitamin and mineral can be replenish faster by drinking fresh vegetable juices. Your body will feel great in just minutes after you drank the delicious vegetable juices.

 

Vegetable juices are critical to great health simply because it's an essential source of raw food. We need raw foods every day, and vegetable juice are an excellent way to make sure we obtain large quantities of such raw foods.

 

Fruit juice is certainly good for our body. But, the only disadvantage is fruit juice tends to increase the insulin levels after consumed. All most all vegetable juices will not raise the insulin levels of the body, except carrot or beet fruit drink which functions similar to fruit juice. However, drinking fruit juice is definitely better than drinking  soda, especially for you, your children, and your whole family.

 

Over many years, we have poor food choice due to the limit's of our bodies capability to absorb all the nutrients from the vegetables. We are being advice to take 1 pound of raw vegetable per 50 pounds of body weight everyday. Vegetable juices enable us to eat more vegetables than we usually did. By adding healthy vegetable juices into our daily diet, We will be able to reach the recommended target easily.

 

All vegetables make good juices. However, some vegetables are bitter. The bitterest vegetable is bitter gourd. It is wonderful for diabetes. Basically, vegetable juices can be separated into three main types:

 

  • Juices from vegetable fruits - Tomatoes and Cucumber

  • Juices from leafy vegetables - Cabbage and Spinach

  • Juices from root vegetables - Carrot and Radish

 

It is advise to use the three vegetable juice separately and independently. All the juices should not be used together in one mixture. If you wish to make a mixture of vegetable juices, mix vegetable fruits with leafy vegetables. Do not mix it with root vegetables juice. Root vegetable juice can be only use to combine with leafly vegetables juice.

 

Vegetable juices relieve jaded nerves and help eliminate toxic and waste elements easily. They are simply best taken after meals and the best is half an hour or more after meals.  They are not advise to be taken before meals or near the same time as fruit juices. Many common illnesses respond positively to raw vegetable juices but avoid drinking juices that had been kept at room temperature. Always drink fresh juices or refrigerated ones.

 

Amounts of vegetable juice vary with age. An adult may take one full glass juice whereas children and infants half and quarter glass (in divided doses) respectively per day during day time i.e. after breakfast and after lunch (two times).

 

It is best and ideal to mix the pulp in with the healthy juices and eat it. This is because it contains high fiber. The fiber can helps to ease constipation and its also function as fertilizer for good bacteria to present in the colon.

 

Vegetable juice are great to drink fresh and instantly after juicing. You may store your vegetable juice for not more than 24 hours. This is because after that period the nutrient will decline and the taste will change too.

 

To store your vegetable juice, fill the juice in a glass jar to the very top, and airtight the lid. Make sure there are very little air inside the jar. Oxygen in the air will oxidize and damage the vegetable juice.

 

You can try many kinds of vegetable juice, like zucchini juice, celery juice, cucumber juice, and even spinach juice. Any choices of healthy juices that come from vegetables are wonderful.
